We offer special rates for groups of 10+ paying individuals. Greensboro Residents, City of Greensboro Employees, and Members of the Military receive $1 off general admission with valid ID.

Discounts are also offered for many AZA & ASTC Reciprocal Members as well as SNAP/EBT/WIC Participants.

As an accredited AZA facility, we generally do not accept animals from the public. We recommend calling your local shelter or rescue organization for assistance.

The Greensboro Science Center is not licensed to rehabilitate injured wildlife. We recommend visiting Piedmont Wildlife Rehab’s website to find a rehabber in your area.

We encourage you to bring your own mobility aids. However, a limited number of manual wheelchairs are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

No, we do not have lockers available. Feel free to bring a cooler, bag, or wagon to carry your items around with you.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your stroller or wagon. Please note that strollers and wagons may not be allowed in specific exhibits. In these instances, a stroller/wagon parking will be provided.

For the safety of our animals and our guests, we do not allow bikes, scooters, skates, skate-shoes, skateboards, hoverboards, or Segways.

As a non-profit organization, the Greensboro Science Center does not offer refunds on admission, camps, classes, memberships, or ticket purchases of any kind.

The Greensboro Science Center is proud to support other events in our community and we are grateful to receive many requests for donations each year. Our Board of Directors requires all distributions to community organizations are exclusively for non-profit organizations whose mission is to support underprivileged children or children with learning or physical disabilities.
