The following individuals receive $1 off general admission with a valid ID: Greensboro residents (at online checkout, use code: CITY2020), members of the military (at online checkout, use code: MILITARY2020), college students (only available for in-person, same-day ticket purchases), City of Greensboro employees (at online checkout, use code: CITY2020).

SNAP/EBT Discount: Individuals and families enrolled in a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) from any state can receive up to five $5.00 general admission tickets by presenting a SNAP/EBT card and photo ID. This discount is only available for in-person, same-day ticket purchases. Not valid for group visits; to learn about financial assistance for groups, click here.

AZA & ASTC Reciprocity

This discount is only available for in-person, same-day ticket purchases; please present your valid membership card and matching ID.

Reciprocal memberships for participating Association of Science - Technology Centers (ASTC) or Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) organizations will be accepted provided the member follows the following guidelines:
• You must have your membership card with you.
• The membership card must be in your name.
• You must present a photo ID.
• The expiration date on the membership card must be valid.

To use a reciprocal corporate membership, the member must observe the following guidelines:
• You must have the membership card with you.
• The membership card must be in your company's name.
• You must present your business ID (with photo) to match with the company name on the membership card.
• The expiration date on the membership card must be valid.
• The reciprocal benefit applies to up to 5 people per membership card presented.
