Special Events
Jingle Brew offers the opportunity to experience the enchantment of Winter Wonderlights while sampling local drafts from South End Brewing Company, Foothills Brewing and Little Brother Brewing, with hors d’oeuvres provided by Pepper Moon Catering.
Tickets will be $45 each and include two drink tickets. Additional drink tickets will be available for purchase on site. Designated driver tickets will be $35 each.
Organizations, businesses, and groups can take advantage of special discounted pricing at one of our Polar Preview Nights, November 6-20th. Reservations are required for Polar Preview Nights.

Winter Wonderlights FAQs
Yes, we will allow you to enter at a later time. Please plan to check in no more than 5 – 10 minutes before your scheduled time. This will create a more enjoyable time for all of our guests by minimizing wait times and maximizing views and experiences.
Yes, tickets can be purchased on site, but online purchases are strongly encouraged for a seamless and efficient check-in experience. Ticket sales end two hours before closing.
The following discounts are available:
• Groups of 15+ paying individuals receive our discounted group admission rate.
• GSC members receive discounted admission (please log in to receive discounted tickets). Reciprocal memberships and SNAP/EBT discounts cannot be used on Winter Wonderlights admission.
A limited number of wheelchairs are available to guests for use on a first-come, first-served basis. A photo ID is required for wheelchair check-out. Because we cannot guarantee wheelchair availability, nor place holds on wheelchairs, we ask that you bring your own wheelchair if possible.
This is a rain or shine event. If the event is cancelled by the Greensboro Science Center due to extreme weather causing unsafe conditions, power outage, etc, an alternative date will be offered. Refunds will not be given. If you are unable to attend, please consider your admission a donation to the Greensboro Science Center.
Animals will not be on exhibit during this event.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Food and drink will be available for purchase throughout the event. On site food options include Meerkat Café food tents, featuring hot cocoa, apple cider and cookies.
Yes, please see a guest services associate to receive a hand stamp to show upon reentry.

Yes! This event is strictly a 21+ event!
Yes! There will be kiosks in the upper and lower plaza of the zoo to purchase drink tickets for $5.
Parking is available free of charge on a first come, first served basis. Carpooling is encouraged and appreciated! Also consider Lyft or Uber for safe commuting after the event.
