Rentals at the GSC

Elevate your next event with a setting that’s anything but ordinary! From corporate meetings to private celebrations,
our flexible spaces are designed to impress.

Spaces Available:

  • SAIL Center Great Hall (daytime & evenings)
  • SAIL Center Think Tank (weekday & weekend daytime rental)
  • Wiseman Aquarium (evening rentals only; Sunday–Thursday or Friday–Saturday)

Rentals are available from February to September.

All Rental Packages Include:

  • Audio/visual equipment
  • Preferred supplier recommendations
  • Set up and breakdown of tables and chairs
  • Security*
  • Wi-Fi

*Security is required for events serving alcohol.

Planning a Photoshoot?

Photography & Videography Sessions

All paid, commercial, promotional, or client-based photography and/or videography sessions must be approved in advance and are subject to an applicable session fee. These requests should be directed to our Rentals Department at rentals@greensboroscience.org or by calling 336-288-3769 ext. 1417.

Media outlets requesting photography or videography for news coverage or editorial purposes should coordinate directly with the Marketing Department at marketing@greensboroscience.org before their visit.
