Members of the Board regularly serve for a three-year term, and up to two terms consecutively.The Board of Directors at the Greensboro Science Center is responsible for overall governance, financial oversight, ensuring accreditation standards, leadership, and advocacy. Among other qualifications, elected Board members must demonstrate basic qualities of honesty and integrity per the AAM (American Alliance of Museums) and AZA (Association of Zoos and Aquariums) code of ethics.
